Booking

How do I make a booking?

Choose your dates and guests on any listing, then select "Reserve". You'll review the details and pay securely to confirm your booking.

What happens if my dates are sold out?

You can join the waitlist for that stay. If a spot frees up, we'll email you right away so you can book it — first come, first served.

Can I book more than one room?

Yes. On accommodation listings you can pick the number of rooms before reserving, and pay for them in a single booking.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner and support cards and mobile money. Prices are shown in your selected currency.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on your booking. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Account

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, select "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a secure link to set a new one.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to your account's Security page to scan a QR code with an authenticator app and save your recovery codes.

Vendors

How do I list my property or service?

Select "Become a vendor" to apply. Once your account is verified, you can publish listings and manage bookings from your vendor portal.
